General Provisions & Eligibility
1 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 7hhbd platform and the user ("you", "member"). 7hhbd ("we", "platform") provides a safe and reliable online gaming service for players in Bangladesh.
By registering on this platform or using any of its services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions of these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please refrain from using this platform.
2 Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use services on the 7hhbd platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years old (for users aged 21 and above only).
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
- You must use your own valid identity and payment method to use the platform.
- You must operate the account for yourself and in your own interest — not on behalf of any third party.
Account Registration & Security
3 Account Registration
When registering on the 7hhbd platform, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If any details change, please notify our support team immediately. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure.
- Each member may operate only one account.
- Account login details (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential.
- Sharing login details with any other person is strictly prohibited.
- Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.
4 Identity Verification (KYC)
7hhbd reserves the right to verify the identity of members in certain situations in order to maintain a secure platform. The following documents may be requested:
- A copy of your National ID Card (NID) or passport.
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Refusal or delay in providing information may result in account closure.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
5 Deposit Rules
To deposit funds on the 7hhbd platform, we support the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods:
- Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Via major banks in Bangladesh (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)
7hhbd reserves the right to verify or decline any transaction that appears suspicious or violates platform policies.
6 Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are processed promptly. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. Applicable conditions for withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- Identity verification must be completed.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if verification is required or in cases of unusual activity.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
7 Welcome Bonus
7hhbd offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. The following conditions must be met for the bonus to apply:
Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount must be wagered (on the bonus amount only).
Example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.
- Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000.
Bonus terms are subject to change, and 7hhbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
8 General Bonus Rules
- Each member is eligible to receive each bonus offer only once.
- Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — completing the wagering requirement is mandatory.
- If 7hhbd believes a member is abusing the bonus system, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
- Free bets and other promotional offers are also subject to these same general rules.
Gaming & Betting Rules
9 Fair Play Policy
7hhbd is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games available on the platform are operated by certified providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others) and function in accordance with their own fair play standards.
- Using software, bots, or any other automated means to influence game outcomes is prohibited.
- Exploiting any technical error may result in account closure.
- Winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are not valid, and 7hhbd reserves the right to void them.
- In the event of an internet disconnection, game results will be determined based on the server's records.
10 Sports Betting Rules
7hhbd's sports betting section offers opportunities to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Key betting rules:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except under special circumstances).
- If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
- 7hhbd reserves the right to limit or decline any bet.
- Bets linked to match-fixing or any unethical activity will be voided.
- In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time of bet confirmation apply.
VIP Program & Prohibited Conduct
11 VIP Membership Terms
7hhbd's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Higher tiers come with greater benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
VIP tier is determined based on the member's overall gaming activity. 7hhbd reserves the right to modify or remove VIP benefits, and an effort will be made to notify members in advance.
12 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7hhbd platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Using a false identity or information.
- Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
- Hacking, software exploitation, or any other technical manipulation.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
- Deliberate abuse of the bonus system.
- Collusion — gaining an advantage by coordinating across multiple accounts.
Liability Limits, Privacy & Dispute Resolution
13 Limitation of Liability
7hhbd does not accept liability in the following situations:
- Service disruption caused by internet connectivity issues.
- Issues related to third-party software or hardware.
- Losses resulting from a member's negligence or sharing of their own login details.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, emergencies, etc.).
The platform's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the total amount deposited in the member's account.
14 Privacy Policy
The security of your personal information is of the utmost importance to 7hhbd. We use SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep your information protected. Full details on how your information is collected, stored, and used can be found on our Privacy Policy page.
- Your information is not sold to third parties.
- Information may only be shared with authorities where required by legal obligation.

17 Account Closure and Termination
By the member: A request to close the account can be made at any time through our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before closure (if wagering conditions have been met).
By 7hhbd: 7hhbd may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:
- Serious violation of the terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
- Providing false information.
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
18 Changes to Terms and Conditions and Their Effect
7hhbd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed, but the remaining terms will remain fully in effect. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between 7hhbd and the member and supersede any previous oral or written discussions.
